progeSOFT Donates progeCAD 2007 Pro to Tri-State University

PORTLAND, Oregon, May 7, 2007 – progeSOFT North America (www.progesoft.us), in cooperation with progeSOFT s.a.s., Como, Italy, is coordinating the donation of progeCAD 2007 Professional CAD software to the Tri-State University in Angola, Indiana.

Tri-State University, with approximately 1450 students, was founded in 1884. TSU offers civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering degrees.

Their Allen School of Engineering & Technology will use progeCAD to educate their students in the fields of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Computer Aided Drafting and Design Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.

progeCAD 2007 Professional, the latest IntelliCAD software from progeSOFT, includes a library manager for discipline specific symbols, ACIS solid modeling, raster image support, rendering, and a unique set of tools that only progeSOFT offers. progeCAD software supports the DWG design file format, from version 2.5 through 2007, plus support for AutoCAD menus, scripts, blocks, and AutoLISP.

Public and private schools, colleges, technical schools, etc. may apply for free educational copies of progeCAD 2007 Professional for their classrooms at www.progesoft.us. Since its inception, the progeSOFT North America “Free for Schools” program has donated to over 100 schools, colleges, and technical institutions in North America.

progeSOFT Gives progeCAD to Southern Mississippi University

PORTLAND, Oregon, May 7, 2007 – ProgeSOFT North America (www.progesoft.us), in cooperation with progeSOFT s.a.s., Como, Italy, is coordinating the donation of progeCAD 2007 Professional CAD software to the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

University of Southern Mississippi, with approximately 16,000 students, was founded in 1910. Southern Miss offers over 2300 undergraduate degrees and is the second largest university in Mississippi.

Their School of Construction will use progeCAD to educate their students in the fields of Architecture, construction and industrial applications.
